Cancellation Policy
Out of courtesy to our clients who wish for appointments, any cancellations must be made at least 1 business day in advance or we, unfortunately, will have to charge a cancellation fee of $99.

Privacy Policy
We collect your mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address for our records and our use only. Your information will not be released to anyone for any reason, unless required by law. We may contact you via e-mail periodically to inform you of special services we are offering, unless you ask us not to. Your credit card information is used for billing purposes only and will never be retained or stored by us.

Referral Policy
If you are happy with our service, please tell a friend. We will give you a 10% labor discount on your next service call for each new business referral who purchases any service from us, limited to one referral discount per service call. This discount may not be combined with any other offer or special.

Limitation of Remedies and Damages
CUSTOMER AGREES THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GEEKSAKNOCKIN', L.L.C., OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY COMPENSATORY, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE, LOST PRODUCTION, LOST DATA, OR COST OF REPLACEMENT HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that the performance of certain repair services to customer's hardware by GeeksAKnockin', L.L.C., may void certain warranties provided by the manufacturer of such hardware. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GEEKSAKNOCKIN', L.L.C., OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY ACTUAL, COMPENSATORY, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF THE VOIDING OF ANY SUCH WARRANTIES.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
